Our StoryMEET the FOUNDER
In 2009, I opened the doors to Eternal.
What started as a small beauty business has grown and evolved considerably over the years. The industry has changed, our clients’ needs have changed, and so have we. But one thing has remained constant, my commitment to providing exceptional care, meaningful results and an experience our clients can genuinely trust.
With over 20 years in the beauty industry, I’ve built my career around skin, advanced treatments and client care. I hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, advanced skin training and multiple international certifications in cosmetic tattooing, with a particular passion for specialised skin treatments and eyebrow feathering.
Eternal is the result of everything I’ve learnt along the way.
Our approach is considered and highly personalised. We believe great skin is about more than a single treatment or quick result. It’s about understanding the individual, creating the right treatment plan, educating our clients and supporting their skin over the long term.
And while my experience has shaped the foundations of Eternal, our team is what brings that philosophy to life every day.
I’m passionate about developing our therapists and have created a culture where ongoing education, high standards and attention to detail are non-negotiable. I personally invest in training my team to ensure every therapist has the knowledge, technical skill and confidence to deliver the level of care our clients expect.
For me, workplace culture isn’t something you simply talk about, you see it in the way a team works together and in the way clients feel when they walk through the door.
Our team is dedicated, supportive and genuinely invested in what they do. That care is reflected in every consultation, every treatment and every interaction.
